A Nigerian NGO dedicated to saving lives, promoting health equity, and empowering communities across Plateau State and beyond.
Our Mission
To significantly contribute to the elimination of Hepatitis B in Nigeria while addressing other major public health concerns such as HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria, and supporting the enhancement of Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal, Child, Newborn, Adolescent, and Eye Health through education, prevention, screening, treatment support, and community empowerment.

Provide accessible eye health services including free screening and reading glasses.
Promote sexual and reproductive health rights especially among adolescents.

Foundation Established
Supreme Care Health Foundation was founded in Jos, Plateau State with a vision to eliminate Hepatitis B in Nigeria.
First Community Outreach
Conducted our inaugural free Hepatitis B screening, reaching over 500 community members in one weekend.
Triple Elimination Program Launch
Launched our EMTCT program to eliminate mother-to-child transmission of Hepatitis B, HIV, and Syphilis.
Eye Health Initiative
Introduced free eye screening and reading glasses distribution, serving hundreds of community members.
10,000 Screenings Milestone
Crossed 10,000 cumulative Hepatitis B screenings — a landmark in our fight against viral hepatitis.
Youth Empowerment Launch
Launched our vocational skills program, graduating our first cohort of 20 young tailors and fashion designers.
